Congratulations!

I'm still basking in the collective glow from our two new Black Belts! Many congratulations to Rob and Trent for their much deserved promotions! A hearty congrats to Serge and Brad for their new belts as well! With Serge at Brown Belt, we'll be seeing him doing a lot more teaching in preparation for his next belt. The entire grading truly highlighted the skill and dedication of all the participants. From White Belt to Black Belt, everyone showed great skill and great attitude. Professor Shah and Professor Angelo were rightly impressed, I was beaming with pride!

So long Paul, you will be missed!

In April we bid goodbye to Ben's #1 training partner and traditional BJJ practitioner Paul. I hope he finds a good home with Marcus Soares.

Visit to InnerCity MMA Today ( Saturday the 23rd)

While Prof. Shah is out of town, longtime training compadre and mma pioneer Frank Coulter is taking over teaching. A drop in on Saturday May 24 at noon has been planned. Come down to InnerCity mma and show Frank some love and armbars!

Seminar with Miyuu. Tomorrow ( Sunday the 24th)

This month's wrestling seminar is scheduled for Sunday May 24 at 8:30 -10:00. As always, bring your no-gi gear and be prepared to work hard. Cost remains the same at $20 for the 90 minutes.
