Prof Shah visits Beaches BJJ!
On Sunday March 1st Prof Shah Franco came to Beaches BJJ to take a look at our Black Belt candidates Rob Apap and Trent Haggard. It was a pleasure to host such an accomplished martial artist. Rob and Trent both gained a lot and will soon be spreading their new knowledge. Let's hope for good weather and even better training this month!
